Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients: Thinly sliced potatoes (amount according to size of your dish) Grated cheese Bread crumbs Parsley Olive oil In a casserole dish, layer the above ingredients in that order starting with a layer of thinly sliced potatoes. Repeat until you get to the top of the casserole dish. The last layer should be bread crumbs. Place water down the side of casserole until it reaches half way. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover and cook another 30 min.
