Fudge by Aunt Ruth

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 regular marshmallows
1 stick of margarine
a few grains of salt
1 small pkg of choc. chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the first 5 
ingredients and cook stirring
constantly until the mixture
comes to a boil and stir for 5 
minutes more.  Take off heat
and mix in choc chips, nuts 
and vanilla.  Spread in foil 
lined pan and let it set.

Fudge #2
41/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
few grains salt.

Boil until soft ball stage 
stirring constantly and remove
from heat. Add 1 large pkg of
chocolate chips,  one jar of 
marshmallow cream, and 
vanilla  and then put in foil
lines pan.
