The Mid-Atlantic Region Council for Safe Dams is an affiliate of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials and is made up of engineers, dam owners and state representatives from the States of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Membership in the ASDSO makes you a member of the CSD.
