How to see links in personal toolbar:
1.go to bookmarks
2.go to personal toolbar folder
3. pick file
I know this is a long way it seems but 
The only way I know of to see all links in personal toolbar
#I have also made them single letter names that also fits more
#also changing the size in settings/display will allow more to show
