Hanson Poems

This is not a Hanson poem, I wrote this myself.

Almost

Time crawls careless through everything

And stretches out his wingspread

A vague dusk grows dark in my head

Somewhere between sun and rain I'm still waiting

At the end I see a little light

But I feel the emptyness eating away

Hope keeps my puzzle together at the end of the day

A sweet memory to hold on to in the night.

Understanding, but not getting the point at all

Behind me the distance is getting longer

The onvoluntary powers get stronger

But a passing smile prevents my fall

A confusing battle with an unknow enemy

I win, but I'm losing my grip

Keeping it up and trying not to slip

Somewhere between sun and rain I'm still waiting for you to help me
