This beautiful page is filled with love, prayer, wishes and most of all, faith. Alex is 4 years old and lives in West Virginia, with mom, Janelle and dad, Michael. Alex is a precious little boy who has warmed and touched the hearts of many during his short life. You see, little Alex has Mitochondrial disease. Mitochondrial disease is a little known genetic disorder to most people, it occurs when the "mitochondria" within the cells of the body have abnormalities.
