Ranma is problably one of the funniest anime on the face of this earth. Its concept is funny, the characters are funny, EVERYTHING is funny in Ranma. Not only does normal pople morph into pandas, pigs,cats or ducks but some of them seem to don't mind at all...The story is about this: Ranma Saotome, a 16 years old boy and his father Genma Saotome went on a training trip in China. The place there were searching was the training ground of cursed springs: Jusenkyo. Arrived there both of them accidently falled off right into one of the many cursed springs. Poor Ranma fell in the spring of drown girl and his father in the spring of drown panda. The curse is the following: Whenever Ranma is splashed with cold water he (sadly for him) becomes a girl (see above picture) and whenever his father is splashed he becomes a giant panda (see backround picture). The story hasn't even started yet... Genma wants his son married with his old friend's daughter Akane but neither of them wants an arranged wedding. This is when things get complicated...
