Take Xacto knife and cut notch out of styrofoam ball just large enough for flat end of the tomato stake to fit snugly and secured with little movement. Place ball on flat end of stake.
Stretch the stocking over the styrofoam ball, leaving the excess to cover the tomato stake to give her a neck. Tuck a small amount of fiber fill under the "chin" area to fill out neck and throat to desired fullness. Save a small swatch of nylon to use for nose later.
Straighten out wire coat hanger and find center. Wrap coat hanger all the way around tomato stake one full time at desired level for shoulders and arms. Be sure to form bent hanger to stake so it will hold in place. If necessary, use a small amount of craft wire wrapped criss-crossed around hanger to hold in place.
Using recycled plastic shopping bags, make a hole in the bottom and push up the stake to the coat hanger "shoulders". Stuff with more bags to desired fullness for breasts and torso. Tie off and cinch for "waist". Repeat process stuffing bag for bustle of desired shape and size.
Gently place dress or gown on coat hanger "arms" and shoulders. Bend coat hanger to desired shape for Goddess and dress used. Gather "neck" and secure snugly above wire coat hanger to cover as much of hanger and stake as able. Cinch waist with greenery, ribbons or whatever you wish to accentuate the Goddess' shape.
Secure wig or hair with t-pins and/or glue to hold in place on styrofoam ball. Line up and glue "eyes" to
face. Carefully glue the false eyelashes to edge of craft eyes. Pin hair tie "mouth" in place with straight pins. Take small swatch of nylon put aside earlier and place a very small amount of fiber fill in it to make a "button" nose. Gather to desired size and tie off. Pin in place with straight pin.
