A couple had two little boys, ages 8 and 10, who were
excessively mischievous.
They were always getting into trouble and their parents
knew that, if any mischief occurred in their
town, their sons were probably involved.

They boys' mother heard that a clergyman in town had been
successful in disciplining children,
so she asked if he would speak with her boys.
The clergyman agreed, but asked to see them
individually.
So the mother sent her 8-year-old
first, in the morning, with the older boy to
see the clergyman in the afternoon

The clergyman, a huge man with a booming voice
sat the younger boy down and asked him sternly
"Where is God?".

They boy's mouth dropped open, but he made no response,
sitting there with his mouth hanging open, wide-eyed.
So the clergyman repeated the question in an even
sterner tone, "Where is God!!?"
Again the boy made no attempt to answer.
So the clergyman raised his voice even more and shook
his finger in the boy's face and bellowed,
"WHERE IS GOD!?"

The boy screamed and bolted from the room, ran directly home
and dove into his closet, slamming the door behind him.
When his older brother found him in the closet,
he asked, "What happened?"

The younger brother, gasping for breath, replied,
"We are in BIG trouble this time, dude.
God is missing - and they think
WE did it!"

Puzzle: Books of the Bible

Hi ! "Can you find the names of 25 books of the Bible
in this paragraph?

This is a most remarkable puzzle.
Someone found it in the seat pocket on a flight
from Los Angeles to Honolulu, keeping himself
occupied for hours.

One man from Illinois worked on this while fishing
from his john boat.
Roy Clark studied it while playing his banjo.
Elaine Victs mentioned it in her column once.
One woman judges the job to be so involving,
she brews a cup of tea to help calm her nerves.
There will be some names that are really easy to spot ...
that's a fact.

Some people will soon find themselves in a jam,
especially since the book names are
not necessarily capitalized.
The truth is, from answers we get,
we are forced to admit it usually takes a
minister or scholar to see some of them at the worst.

Something in our genes is responsible for the
difficulty we have.
Those able to find all of them will hear great
lamentations from those who have to be shown.
One revelation may help, books like Timothy and
Samuel my occur without their numbers.
And or spaces in the middle are normal.
A chipper attitude will help you compete.

Remember,
there are 25 books of the Bible lurking somewhere
in this paragraph."

Email me if you can any of find them
And I will post your answers here
Send this page to your friends please
Lets see how many we can get between us

Angels and Email

One day God was looking down at Earth and saw all of the evil
that was going on.
He decided to send an angel down to Earth to check it out.
So he called on a female angel and sent her to Earth for a time.
When she returned she told God, yes it is bad on Earth,
95% is bad and 5% is good.

Well, he thought for a moment and said, maybe I had better
send down a male angel to get both points of view.
So God called a male angel and sent him to Earth for a time.
When the male angel returned he went to God and told him yes,
the Earth was in decline, 95% was bad and 5% was good.

God said this was not good.
He decided to E-mail the 5% that were good and encourage
them, a little something to help them keep going.
Do you know what that E-mail said?

Oh! You didn't get one either?............

THE BANK........

Imagine there is a bank that credits your
account each morning with $86,400.
It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening the bank deletes whatever part
of the balance you failed to use during the day.
What would you do?
Draw out every cent, of course!!!!

Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this
you have failed to invest to good purpose.
It carries over no balance.
It allows no overdraft.
Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day's deposits,
the loss is yours.
There is no going back.
There is no drawing against tomorrow.

You must live in the present on today's deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health,
happiness, and success!

The clock is running.
Make the most of today.

To realize the value of ONE YEAR,
ask a student who failed a grade.

To realize the value of ONE MONTH,
ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.

To realize the value of ONE WEEK,
ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.

To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the
lovers who are waiting to meet.

To realize the value of ONE MINUTE,
ask a person who missed the train.
To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a
person who just avoided an accident.

Treasure every moment that you have!
And treasure it more because you shared it with
someone special, special enough to spend your time.
Remember that time waits for no one.

Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow is mystery.
Today is a gift.
That's why it's called the present!

Friends are very rare jewels, indeed.
They make you smile and encourage you to succeed.
They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they
always want to open their heart to us.
