Stir gently until all ingredients are well inside each other. Remember, ears are for Queen only.
Put it all into a warm place or use something to cover until it's all getting hot by itself.
It's not easy to specify such things as temperature, but try to keep it reasonable.
For better results you need to have an autoreverse if your Queen is on tape, or a long-distance program if it's on CDs.
Take a good rest right after all.
