Strawberry Pie
1 quarts strawberries
2 quart strawberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
6 TBS corn starch
1 cup water
1 baked deep dish pie crust
12 oz. cool whip
Preparation
Wash, hull & mash 1 quart strawberries
Combine corn starch, sugar, & water
Add to mashed strawberries
Bring to a boil & cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Let cool
Wash & hull remaining 2

Pour mashed berry mixture over strawberries & stir to coat
Fill baked pie crust & chill in refrigerator for several hours
When ready to serve, cover with cool whip
