Chocolate Waffles

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt into large bowl and set aside.

In medium bowl, beat egg yolks until light. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla and beat until well mixed. Add to flour mixtute, beating only until moistened.

In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter.

In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form and fold into batter just until color is uniform.

Preapare and grease your waffle iron according to directions. Pour batter to within 1 inch of the edge and bake 4-5 minutes or until steam no longer rises from edge of hot iron.
