Banana Crunch Cake

5 TBS melted butter
1 box coconut pecan frosting (dry mix only)
1 cup dry oatmeal
2 large mashed bananas
4 eggs
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 box yellow cake mix (dry mix only)
  1. Grease and flour tube or bundt cake pan
  2. Melt butter
  3. Stir in frosting mix and oatmeal. set aside
  4. Beat bananas, sour cream and eggs
  5. Stir in dry cake mix and beat for 2 minutes
  6. Put 2 cups of this batter into a baking dish
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup of crunch mix over batter
  8. Repeat layers
  9. End with crunch on top
  10. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour
