DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

8 bars (8-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In medium saucepan, place chocolate and butter; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Remove from heat; stir in eggs, vanilla and instant coffee until well blended. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and nuts; stir until well blended. Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. About 36 brownies.
