Crazy Cookies

1/4 c. bisquick (or bisquit mix)
1/4 c. oil (olive oil doesn't usually work well)
1 egg
1 pkg. Instant Pudding (vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch)
Mix together and form into small balls, flatten and put a half of a nut (pecan, walnut) on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
