Mike uses a Pearl kit to good effect to form the rhythmic foundation for the band.

Mike can lay down just about any kind of feel you want; loose, tight, rocky, jazzy, house, techno, full-tilt armageddon... you name it. The one thing that is for sure is that at the end of a gig, Mike gets a hell of a lot of compliments.

When it comes to songwriting, Mike is an expert at arranging the dynamics and tensions of the tunes, which help to give the band the sense of urgency and full sound that have become trademarks on the Reading scene.
