THEN, it was time to get ready for the concert at the ballpark! John Mellencamp! At Last!

I put my BEST outfit on, wasn't long and I WAS READY! My heart was pounding! My first (and only) JM Concert! I couldn't have asked for better weather. I was not in the fan club yet and considering Ron got the tickets on his own, we had real good seats! 14th Row - CENTER STAGE!

I could see JM right there in front of me! The music was great (goes without saying), and even Ron was singing.

At one point, John said "Turn the lights on these people so I can see them!" Well, You know, I was the First one standing on my chair, waving like crazy! John saw ME and waved to ME!!!

That was even better than when he dropped his pants! *Although his dropping his pants was a very close second :-)

I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT WILD NIGHT!!!
