BELOW is my oldest son Carl

The FIRST CHEF in the family!

Carl is in Denver, CO.

HERE YOU SEE CARL...

"ON THE COVER OF"

NEW ENGLAND CULINARY ARTS ;-)

Justin and Ryan,

Justin also is a Chef! He attended college in New Hampshire.

Ryan is now in the fifth grade. He has no plans to be a chef.

YET.

Above is a pic of the strawberry-rubarb pie Justin made

for me, his Mom.

More than pies... Justin just catered, for his youngest sister's Wedding!

The food was incredible, and everyone thought so, not just me.

It was a great gift to Jessica and Travis.

:-)

Now that the leaf peepers are gone,

THE VILLAGE HOUSE INN

where Justin has been working is closed down.

Till the snow flies... ~~~

SO...

Justin has plans to move to Denver

to be with his older brother Carl.

Ryan is stuck here with us :-)

Below is a letter of reference Justin receieved

The words are too small to read but are typed for you.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

It is with pleasure that I write to you
with respect to Justin Maxwell.
He is a gentleman of talent and responsibility,
one who has been an assest
to our restaurant business.

Justin is reliable, dependable, and honest. He is creative with food and proud of the dishes that are sent out of our kitchen. The meals are presented beautifully and of gourmet quality. He is a quick learner and able to work both independently, and with others.

In our business we pride ourselves on quality and freashness. The key is consistency, even on stressful evenings. Justin has proven himself to mantain his composure and maintain the quality our customers expect. He does this in a mature and respectful manner.

I believe Justin Maxwell to have a very successful future in the food industry or in any other field, given his work ethic and desire to learn.

It has been an honor to know him. Sincerely, Kate Fletcher

:-D Like any Mom, I put this up because I'm very proud of my son.

Like any Mom, I ask myself, "You mean MY Justin?" ***
