Yahoo:Mail: This is bought by Four11 which make rocketmail. But this can be used by netscape 2.0
Hotmail: This is the same as rocketmail but just a little slower.
MailExcite: This is good wholesome free email system! It works with any graphical browser, and has Java/Frames capabilities. This is extremely good for people with slow modems.
Mail City
Backpackers: It's Mail for people who travel. The features it has are nice, you can travel chat, order travel books and read a travel magazine.
Geocities: This is the world leader in free web site hosting. They have email too! A problem with this is that mail is deleted after 7 days.
Metrocity: Free POP mail, and again a free homepage with up to 5mb of space.
Net@ddress: With Net@ddress, you can collect mail from multiple POP boxes and forward mail. But other than that, it's not very good. The interface is ugly, but coming soon are some nice features.

Tripod: This is where this site is hosted. They give you 11mb of space which is a fair ammount.
Geocities: This also provides free web hosting as well as e-mail.
AngelFire: A fairly large one, this company only gives 200k space. They do however have something the others do not have- a large image collection for free.
FortuneCity: It's a geocities clone, but you get a whopping 6mb of space. Has the same deal with the neighborhoods and houses as Geocities but not as good topics.
WBS: Sign up to chat here and get a free homepage. Great for personal pages. The two problems is if you want more than one page, you have to write it somewhere else and FTP it to them and long urls.

Pagecount: Great everything in fact it's the best one, but a huge ugly banner with a pig or something is put on your Great everything in fact it's the best one.
Dreambook: Nice thing about it is how easy it is and how you can edit it afterwards.
Lpage: The world's most popular guestbook. It would great, but I find it difficult to use.
Webpromote: The same people who promote sites made a guestbook. It's good looking but again no email when you get a messege.
Windy's Fashionable Designs: Well organized backrounds and borders. You'll find some fimilar looking borders and there's something for everyone.
Free Textures and other Graphics: A LARGE collection of textures and graphics. Plenty of Graphics to make your site extra special.
