1 ½ lbs. ground beef

1 medium onion – finely chopped

1 small bell pepper – finely chopped

1 (10 ½ oz.) can tomato soup

2 (10 ½ oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. Garlic salt

1 tsp. Chili powder
-
½ tsp. Oregano

Egg noodles cooked ( I used 1/3 of a 12 oz. package of fine egg noodles)

Cheddar cheese grated
Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain. Add soups and seasonings.
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Place half of meat in a casserole dish. Layer
the noodles, some grated cheddar, and then the rest of the meat mixture.
Top with more cheddar and bake for 30 minutes.
