2 cups Salmon (drained)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

2 tsp. Grated onion

1 tsp. Horseradish

¼ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. Liquid smoke

½ cup chopped pecans

Snipped parsley (optional)
Mix the first seven ingredients. Form into a ball or log and
roll in the pecan and parsley mixture. Chill several hours before serving.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
