I have a special prayer request for all of you. This is for my sister, Dolly, who lives in California. She has had open heart surgery recently and developed severe pain after it, not in the heart area. She was healing well and couldn't understand why the really bad pain. She thought perhaps it was her back. She went back into the hospital and after tests, they discovered that she had a huge amount of liquid around her one lung. It finally collapsed. They drained almost 2 liters of fluid. She came home from the hospital Monday but the doctor told her that they did not get all the liquid because it has formed little pockets. They HAVE to remove it somehow, either by medication or by another very painful surgical procedure where they scrape it out. Dolly will be on the medications for about 8 days. Then they will reevaluate. She is scared to death! Please pray! Dolly is a believer.

I want to thank all of you for praying for my sister, Dolly. The prayers and the medicine seem to be working. The fluid which collapsed her lung after her open heart surgery is going away and it is looking like she may avoid
further surgery. Once again, thank you and please keep praying for her improvement.

Thank you all for praying for my sister. She is doing very well. Her blood test, SED, whatever that is, was as high as 70. 20 is normal and hers is now down to 13. She does not have to have any surgery to remove the excess fluid pressing on her lung. Again, thank you all for your prayers from Dolly and all of us.
