Saskatchewan Roughrider's Ticket Office Policies and Procedures

     -No refunds on season tickets, game day tickets, vouchers and deposits. 
     -All sales and reservations are final. 
     -No ticket exchanges from game to game, or season to season. 
     -Vouchers can be redeemed for best seating available in the Red sections, for an additional
     -$5.00 per voucher seats can be reserved in the blue and green sections. 
     -Vouchers must be redeemed for an actual game ticket. It is recommended to redeem
      vouchers early (minimum of two weeks before the actual game) to ensure red sideline seating 
     -Game day tickets ordered by phone, require immediate payment by Visa or Mastercard.
     -Game day tickets reserved for voucher holders; require a credit card number to hold the
      tickets. 
     -Tickets can be upgraded for the difference in ticket price. 
     -A service charge of $1.00 per adult ticket will be charged on phone orders to a maximum of
      $5.00 per order. 
     -Group discounts are offered in the red section and end zone. 
     -Teen and children discounts on sideline seats are given only when accompanied by an adult -
      teens or children attending alone will pay regular adult price. 
     -University section is for post-secondary students only (I.D. is required). Adults not in post
      secondary school, pay regular red price. 
     -Sections 13 to 20 are sold on a game by game basis. 
     -Section 2 is our senior section. 
     -Persons requiring a medical pass for tunnel access please contact the Saskatchewan
      Roughrider Ticket Office. 
     -Wheelchair seating on the ramps is sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
      N.S.F. cheques or PAC will be charged a $15.00 N.S.F. charge. The club will revoke
      chequing or PAC privileges if a customer has two or more N.S.F. cheques or PAC payments
     -Visa or Mastercard is required as identification on all cheques.
