What I Learned From
A Young Wizard Named
Harry Potter

(Inspired by the works J. K. Rowling)

When you love someone, don't wait to tell them.

You have more friends and supporters than you could ever imagine.

You really have no idea of what someone is going to actually say to you; so quite your mind and listen.

Even with an invisibility cloak, you are not invisible to everyone and never to yourself.

Whatever someone else says or even prints about you will never reflect the truth as you know it.

People's minds work in funny ways.

Chocolate will help.

There are all kinds of courage.
It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemy but just as much to stand up to our friends.

Sometimes my mind amazes me.

When you arrive "home" you will know it by the way you feel.

Face what you fear squarely and you will succeed.

Fear of a name increases fear of the thing itself.

Humans have a nack for choosing that which is worst for them.

A good night's sleep will set things right.

In dark times do the right thing not the easy thing.

The source of good is also the source of bad.

Love gives a form of protection which last forever.

At times the only way is to make sacrifices inorder to win.

The solidity of any barrier to your goal is only perception.

Others do not have to believe in magic for it to exist.

When your heart is involved, it is not really "Good-by" after all.

Great wizards are persistent in their pursuits.

Friendship and bravery are the more important things.

Even when someone or something else is doing the sorting or selecting, you still have a voice of choice.

There is a solution to every problem and most likely there is even more than one.

Truth is a beautiful and terrible thing and therefore should be treated with great causion.

Do not panic. Proceed calmly in the face of danger.

Sometimes you find that the most important place to be is the one you just left.

You are not helpless. You can always help a friend in trouble.

Your magic will always come through for you. Trust the process and execute with intention.

It does not do to dwell on your dreams and forget to live.

There are times when magic is not required. Then all you need is to use logic.

To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure.

It is not our abilities that show who we are. It is our choices.

When you are ready, you will KNOW.

Words are, in my not so humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic capable of both inflicting injury and remedy it.
