I am a professional lighting cameraman and photographer, based in Bulgaria. In 1978 majored in "Cinematography" from the Higher Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) - Moscow under Prof. Boris Volchek. Reuters Television.

Equipment: SONY Betacam SP - Fujinon lens and Vinten Tripod, crew, sound, lighting, transportation. Matrox non linear editing from Beta and DV source. Online editing available. Second camera - Sony PD100.

In my free time I stroll the mountains with my still camera. Nothing can compare with the beauty of the Nature. And there is nothing more rewarding than to get back home with a bag full of reflections of this beauty.

Now the computers allow the photographer even more freedom in his art. I scan my negatives with my Polaroid Sprint Scan 35, play with the scans in Photoshop and print them on paper with the help of Epson Stylus Photo inkjet.

In 1999 I bought Sony TRV900 DV camera. It makes a progressive scan photos. Amazing new technology. You may see TRV900 photos on Page 4 and Page 5 of my gallery.

As time passes my TRV900 has been stolen :-((( and I replaced it with PD100, which is nearly the same camera, but DVCAM format.
