When Did It Happen?

"When Did It Happen?" 40X30 arcrylic, foam core and photographs on canvas. It was created in 1993 I believe it was the first painting I put photographs on, instead of the other way. I was going to the University of Minnesota and the quote,"When did it happen?..." was a from a scene from of an Edward Albee play which I was working on in a drama class. The images are about trying to juggle it all, particularily in a university setting. Many types of painting techniques were used including borrowing from Rothko, Schiele, using watercolor and impasto techniques.
