Prices are in US$, excluding shipping, handling and insurance, or duty, taxes, brokerage fees where applicable. All instruments have to be prepaid incl. s/h/ins. by US or international postal money order, certified bank check, Western Union money transfer (not BidPay) or bank wire transfer. PayPal payments have to be preapproved, please contact us before sending money or placing a bid on eBay. Instruments can be returned for a refund of the instrument price by obtaining an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number via e-mail within 24 hours upon arrival, but only if the item was clearly misrepresented, unless otherwise arranged. All items have to be sent back the following business day, postage prepaid incl. insurance for the full value, by UPS / USPS ground, resp. Postal Express Mail or UPS Expedited for overseas customers, with the RMA number clearly marked on the address label. A tracking number is required. |
