Takamiya Rina is one of those poor characters who everyone thinks of as the baddie. But, due to her behavior around Haneoka Meimi and Asuka Daiki, no one is to blame. Because she figured out who St. Tail is, she takes the oppertunity to force Meimi into frightful predicatments (i.e the baseball match).
As niece of the mayor, and to fulfull her need to become a policewoman, Rina gets to tag along in Daiki's quest to capture St. Tail. Of course, she clearly enjoys this because of her heart for him.
Rina is tall, and kinda conceited, because she seems to always be truthful and looks down on others. Not to upset any fans, but Rina can be a real b*t*h sometimes. Although, we wouldn't want to be too harsh cuz maybe she's not all that bad (Can't give any examples right now, but just keep that in mind).
