N73544

Welcome to the homepage of the Constellation Historical Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of aviation history. N73544 is a Lockheed C-121C Super Constellation that was delivered to the U.S. Air Force in 1955, and has been privately owned by D. Benny Younesi since 1984. Only one of five remaining flyable Constellations in the world, N73544 resides at the Camarillo, California Airport.** In flyable condition since 1994, we have been flying a limited airshow schedule to very receptive crowds. With ongoing refurbishing, we hope to increase the number of airshows that we can attend every year.

For anyone who would like to be personally involved with the restoration and flying of a very rare aircraft, we would like to invite you to become a member, volunteer or corporate sponsor of the Constellation Historical Society. Former pilots, crew members, mechanics or builders of the Constellation; or if you would like to experience for yourself what it was like to be around and fly in the 4-engined propliners of the '50's and '60's; are all invited to contact us at the e-mail address below for more info.

Please enjoy the many pictures of 'N73544' while you are visiting our site. We have some amazing pictures of our Connie "before and after" her restoration as well as two splendid photos taken at airshows.

If you would like to help keep N73544 flying, we invite you to become a member of the Constellation Historical Society. For $50.00 a year, members receive a tee shirt, newsletters and free visitations to the aircraft at air shows and at the Camarillo Airport by showing your membership card.
Please send your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, t-shirt size and check or money order to the

Constellation Historical Society
2655 Saviers Rd. Oxnard Calif.93033

We also have T-shirts, ($15) polo shirts, ($25) ballcaps, ($10) patches ($5) and pictures of our Constellation available at airshows; or, if you would like, you may purchase them through the mail. (please add $5 for shipping on each order)
Thank you for your support of the Constellation Historical Society.
