PROFILE
Troy 'Truck' Pilon is a young workhorse for the Canberra Cannons, he is a defensive specialist and an average offensive player. He is athletic and this often finds him ways to score. His jumpshot has been called 'The ugliest in the league' by Fox color commentator Steve Carfino. But Pilon improved on his jumper in 1997 and he added a three point shot. He is 196cm and he usually backs up Simon Dwight or Rob Rose. He was runner up for the 1997 rookie of the year award behind Matt Nielson, Ben Melmeth and Ben Thompson.
