It is so wonderful to know that there are people outside our area that are supportive of our work.

Our Spring Newsletter was mailed June 15th, and I'm sure you have it by now.

The Angels Way Mom & Baby Shop is coordinated by Angels Way board member Margaret Marchello.
The shop provides maternity clothes, baby clothes and furnishings as well as regular women's clothing for our residents, their babies and our community outreach program. If you have questions about what we can use, please feel free to call the office at 818/346-2229.

*Fill-in for housemother for short periods of time. *Drivers to take residents to appointments. *Baby-sit while mothers go to job interviews. *Assist Mom & Baby Shop coordinator with sorting and arranging. *Someone with a vehicle that can occasionally transport large items.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a Christian home with a nurturing environment where pregnant women receive education and training in making life choices.

OPERATIONAL STATEMENT

Angels Way is a maternity home dedicated to creating an environment permeated by Christian values.

We serve single, pregnant women, 18 years of age and older, regardless of creed, race or national origin, who have chosen to give their baby the ultimate gift ... LIFE.

We provide a program of services to meet the individual needs of the woman experiencing a crisis pregnancy which includes her spiritual, psychological, educational and physical welfare.

Weekly counseling sessions help the young women to explore her feelings and realistically evaluate her choice to raise her child or place her baby in an adoptive home.

Our objective is to assist her in developing a sense of self-worth and help her to become a responsible, productive, self-sufficient individual, prepared for independent living.

The Home is dedicated to God, with the Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers giving freely of their love, time and talent in His Name.

The Angels Way Maternity Home is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit and tax-exempt organization.

Dear Robin,
On behalf of the Angels Way Board of Directors, staff, residents and babies, please express our deep appreciation to members of the Pat Benatar Online Fan Club for the recent donations.

Our home was blessed with three new baby girls just before Christmas, including one premature baby who had to remain in neo-natal intensive care for three weeks. Now all mothers and babies are healthy and doing well.

It is only with the love and support of benefactors such as you that Angels Way can be here for the woman who chooses life for her baby. We are sincerely grateful that Pat has chosen Angels Way to be the recipient of your collective generosity. Please extend our appreciation to her.

If any of your members would like to know more about Angels Way, I would be delighted to hear from them. May God bless and guide all of you through this year.

Dear Robin,
First of all, my apology for the tardiness of this letter. I have been away and wanted to personally write to you so it had to wait until my return.

Once again we are blessed by the generosity of the members of the Pat Benatar Online Fan Club. On behalf of the Angels Way Board of Directors, staff, residents and babies we extend our heartfelt thanks to Pat and her direction, to you personally for the work you put in to make the donations possible and to those members who so selflessly gave of their treasures. A letter of thanks has also been written to those individual members.

Our home is totally supported by private benefactors who give their time, talent and funds. So, please know that your involvement in Angels Way directly supports the women and babies who need the love, guidance and support we offer. At this time, we have two women and one baby girl in our home. We expect the next baby in July and more residents to move in soon. The opportunity to help is on-going.

May God bless all of you for your concern and your generosity.
