Butterscotch sauce
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Karo corn syrup
- 1/3 cup half & half
- 1 tsp vanilla
Melt butter, add brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir to blend. Add
half & half. Stir until completely mixed in. Cool and add
vanilla. Boil at a low boil for about 3 minutes.
