Escalloped Tomatoes
- 2 15oz cans tomatoes
- 1 sm onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 cup Pepperidge Farms stuffing (herb)
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Saute onion in margarine or butter using iron skillet, add crumbs
and sugar, cook slowly. Stir in tomatoes and salt. Place in a
shallow, oiled casserole and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree
oven.
