GARLAND PHELPS HALSTED was born July 22,1910 in Trumbull, NE, the child of LILLIE M. PHELPS AND RAWLLEY H. HALSTED. He married August 30, 1930 Grand Island, NE to Margaret Weiland. They had two chidren. Garland Halsted died January 2, 2001 at the age of 90.
