The X-Files is Fox's 1 hour long sci-fi drama series that airs sundays at 9:00 P.M. est. The Main characters of the show are FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Agent Fox Mulder has dedicated his life to finding his sister who was abducted by aliens when he was a boy, in doing so he has put himself in considerable harm from Dark Forces who want to discredit him. Agent Dana Scully is Mulders Skeptical partner whos was originally assigned to mulder to "debunk" his investigations. In time Scully has become less skeptical and an important part in Mulders quest for the TRUTH. Together Agents Mulder and Scully pursue Unsolved and Unexplained cases Known as THE X-FILES. The main plotline of the show focuses around a top secret Alien-Human Hybrid colonization project which is under the supervision of Mulder and Scully's main Nemesis "The Cigarette Smoking Man" or as mulder has called him "The Cancerman". The Cancermans Main objective is to discredit Agent Mulder and his quest without turning "his religion into a crusade". At the same time Cancerman seems to be watching over Agent mulder. Agent Mulder has been close to the truth many times only to be foiled by the Cancerman, but Mulder vows never to give up as long as "THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE".
