Manju was born on 21st October, 1954 at Moratuwa a suburb of Colombo capital of Sri Lanka. He is the third child of Suwineetha Karannagoda of Aramanagolla, Horana and late Don Piloris Dodangoda of Madapatha, Piliyandala who was a pioneer Publisher of School Text Books in Sri Lanka.

He was educated at S.Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia, in Sri Lanka from 1962 to 1974. S.Thomas' College is a fee levying Anglican Institution established over 175 years ago. At school where he was a prize winning student he was also involved in many extra curricular activities. He was actively involved in Scouting, Cadeting, Swimming Water-Polo and the Indoor Games Club. He was, from time to time, appointed as Secretary of Wood House, A House Prefect, A College Prefect, Asst.Leader of the Scout Troop and 2nd in Command of the College Cadet Platoon. He was a President's Scout (Equ.Queen Scout) and a Non-Commissioned Officer of the Cadet Corps of the Sri Lanka Army.

On leaving school Manju joined the staff of George Steuart & Co.Ltd, a leading company in Sri Lanka, established over 160 years ago. At that time George Steuart's were primarily an Agency House managing plantations on behalf of their Local and British owning companies and had around 40,000 acres of Tea, Rubber and Coconut plantations under management.

At the time plantations were Nationalized by the then Government Manju was seconded to service at Hatton National Bank Ltd. the leading private bank in Sri Lanka. After two months in the Bank Inhouse Training School he was posted to an out-station branch where he was able to accquire all round experience in banking. From there he was recalled for service at George Steuart & Co. Ltd.

On his second stint at George Steuart's Manju was employed in the newly established Tea Export Department and was also involved in assisting the executives in charge of Imports and liasing with the Banks in respect of Letters of Credit and Documentation. During this time he accquired part qualifications in the examinations of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. Manju was also a member of the company Rugby Football and Swimming Teams and participated in Mercantile Tournaments.

At that point Manju was offered the opportunity of joining Merrill J. Fernando Co.Ltd.,a member of the Caves Group, which at that time was the fourth largest Tea Exporter in Sri Lanka,as a Staff Assistant. Manju took up this offer and was soon promoted to the post of Executive In Charge of the Shipping Department.

He left the Caves Group to takeover the Management of the family owned Publishing and Printing Company M/s D.P.Dodangoda & Co of Moratuwa which was established by his father in 1928. Thereafter he started and managed several other companies. A Finance Company, Pharmacy & Grocery. two Fast Food outlets, manufacture of wooden boxes and crates for exporters and local soft drink bottlers, processing of rubber wood by chemical treatment, agency of the State Paper Corporation, Transport and supply of building materials were the main lines of business and he employed around 65 people.

Manju arrived in Canada on 24th November 1991 and embarked on a new career as a Pioneer Researcher in the Nature of Human Exsistance, on his own. Since he could see that most popular theories were absolute myths he started from basics. His research involves the study of people from all walks of life in their day to day life in their own environments rather than clinical research,

By combining perennial wisdom and well established scientific information with his own findings and empirical knowledge he founded Human Psycho-Somatic Science which explain how the Human Psyche and Body function as one entity and the real causes of Mental and Physical Pathalogy.

Manju is a Lifelong Learner and has gained proficiency in many fields including Sinhala Language & Literature, English Language & Literature Arithmetic, Algebra,Geometry, Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Banking, Financial Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Organization of Production, Statistics, Business Law, Criminal Law, Psychology, Human Biology, Astrology, Computer Applications, HTML, Web Design & Construction, E-Commerce, Web Publishing & Promotion and other Internet Operations Etc.

Manju has an unshakable belief in the supremacy of God and that his work is inspired by God. He contends that since God created Nature and Science explain Nature, Science is the True Word of God.
