I decided to create
an update page so that I may show my Lego®
model building in a more organic fashion. My plan is to create a
visual history to each design as well as the CAD .dat file (this will take
some time, I won't get started until I finish my masters. Anyway,
here is my latest project: The Tantive IV from SW:ANH, also known as a
Rebel Blockade Runner or a Correlian Corvette. I spent about 3 hours
putting it together. I'm not happy with some of the elements and
in many ways it is far from finished. Take a look and I'll explain
myself later.

.You can see here that the gap
between the front two wing lets has not been filled. I also don't
like the four 1x2 red pieces to form the coloring on the rear cylindrical
protrusions. There are also some flat connecting pieces that I'm
still having trouble with.

and this one, but you can see that
there are only 8 engines (it should have 11). I'm waiting for the
results of a SW parts auction Right now there are just some black
bricks holding the top up.
