3/8 cup butter | 1/2 tsp salt |
2 Tblsp clear honey | 1/2 tsp pepper |
1 clove garlic, crushed | 4 chicken breasts, skinned |
1 tsp ground ginger | 3 Tblsp sesame seeds |
In frying pan, melt butter; add honey and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high and add chicken. Fry 4 minutes each side, until golden. Transfer to ovenproof baking dish and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately. |
