6 pork chops | 1 tbp. brown sugar |
1 {14 oz} can peach slices | 1/8 tsp. cinnamon |
1/8 tsp. ground cloves | |
Brown chops in oil and set aside. Drain skillet. Drain peaches and set aside, saving the juice. Add enough water to juice to make 1/2 cup liquid. Add peach liquid to cornstarch. Stir to dissolve. Pour into skillet and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened. Add chops, cover, and simmer until tender. Add peaches and heat for a few minutes. Serves 6. |
