Fourteen Carrot Cake
2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups oil
2 tsp baking powder 4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 cups grated carrots
1 tsp salt 1 (14 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp cinnamon 1/ cup chopped nuts
Drain pineapple. Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 13"x9" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes.
