Baked Lemon Chicken
2 1/2 lbs cut up chicken pieces 1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 cup diced onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup margarine
Combine flour, salt, pepper & parsley. Coat chicken pieces. Melt butter in 13"x9" baking pan. Place chicken in margarine and coat on all sides; turn skin-side down and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine lemon juice, onion and garlic. Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
