3 cups sliced radishes | Dash of pepper |
3 Tblsp margarine | 1/4 cu milk |
1 Tblsp flour | Snipped chives or parsley |
1 1/2 tsp salt | |
Heat raidshes and enough water to cover to boiling in 2-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until crisp tender, 5-7 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Heat margarine over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring; boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in radishes; heat 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chives. |
