Lemon-Garlic Pasta
1 lb pasta of choice (fettucine, linguini,rotini, penne, etc) 1-2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup oil 5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Cook pasta and drain well. While it is cooking, heat oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice (amount depends on taste) and parsley. Heat over very low heat just until hot. Do not allow garlic to sizzle and become bitter. Pour over pasta. Add parmesan cheese and toss. Serve immediately.
