Windows CE is an operating system for Handheld PC's (H/PC) and Palm PC's (P/PC). The Windows CE POCKET INTERNET EXPLORER requires different settings than that of a desktop or even a laptop computer. The ONLY ISP's I know of that provide these settings are listed and linked to below. If anyone has or knows of any others please E-mail me with it and I'll add it.
