Pokémon Gold and Silver

Pokémon Gold and Silver are the long-awaited sequels to hit Game Boy games, Pokémon Red and Blue. The new versions are expected to have 250 Pokémon. Some are brand new Pokémon, while others evolve from the Pokémon in the original versions. It is said that you'll be able to choose from either a boy or a girl. Another cool feature of these games is that it'll have a time feature similar to Zelda 64. With this feature, some Pokémon will only be able to be captured during the day, while other Pokémon will only be able to be captured at night. You'll also be able to breed Pokémon with a male and female version of each Pokémon.

Jesse and James will also be in these versions. Meowth will be with them of course. You will be able to transfer Pokémon from the old versions to Gold and Silver, but you won't be able to transfer the new Pokémon to the old versions, because the old versions will not be able to read the data. There will also be brand new cities and towns and hopefully new gyms. These games look very impressive and will most likely do extremely well in both Japan and the US. These will be out in Japan in April and will be out in the US probably by next year. I will put up more pictures as I find more.
