Mix crab meat with eggs, green onion and black pepper. Coat the meat thoroughly. Bring ½ gallon of water to boil and add the salt, fish sauce, and MSG. Then put the coated crab meat into the boiling water for 10-15 minutes. During that time, stir-fry the tomatoes and onions, until the onions turn to light yellow. Pour the tomatoes, onions and oil into the soup. To serve, fill bowls half full of noodles, toped with spinach pieces, green onions and lettuce. Then ladle soup into the bowl. Garnish with bean sprouts, hot pepper, and fresh lemon or lime juice.
