As you approach the gate the dragon says, "I am Bryant, the guardian of this menagerie. You are free to enter as long as you follow the rules."
You ask Bryant what the rules are and he says, "These creatures were adopted by Quana. Do not attempt to steal them. All that is required if you would like to adopt a similar creature is to touch them and they will teleport you to the agency they were adopted from. There are a few exceptions to this, because the agency has either shut down or changed location with no forwarding address. Other then this there are only common sense rules such as be polite and don't offend the creatures."
If you agree to follow the rules you may pass through the gate.
