Biography

His father was French-Italian a violinist who studied with Paganini. Zino's father encouraged him to perform beginning at the age of five years. At ten years of age he played the Beethoven violin concerto with an orchestra. He went to Paris in 1927 to teach violin at the Ecole Normale de Musique. He also conducted many Concerts Poulets concerts. His first world tour concerts were in 1931 and 1939. His USAmerica debut was in 1939 with the New York Philahrmonic Orchestra. Died on September 17, 1991 at 89 years of age.
