Hi, My name is Ray.
Welcome to my little site.I've owned several International Scouts in the past,all the first ,smaller version. Are they better than the Scout II ??Who knows? I like them!
I wanted a new project so I decided on a Scout 800 series,(suprise!)but in Western Pennsylvania they are scarce......very scarce! After 9 months I gave up!
Then on a family fishing trip to Erie,(salmon) I noticed an ugly little vehicle behind a tiny used car lot. I made a mental note of the name and later that week I called them.....the rest is here.
