In order to try and get your mare approved, just fill out the following form and hit 'Submit'! Make sure you only send one approval form a week per owner or else none of your horses will get approved that week!! Also, a low inspection fee has been included. You need to pay $500 in order to get your horse approved (or not approved depending on the horse). Most of this money will go to the vet who will be inspecting all of the horses! Thanks!
